Where does BrewBird install?+
All nine San Francisco Bay Area counties with a next-business-day service guarantee, plus Solano, Sonoma, Napa, Sacramento, Santa Cruz, Monterey counties on a 2-business-day guarantee. Somewhere else? Start an order with your ZIP and we'll add you to the priority waitlist.
What does our office need?+
A standard 110–120 VAC, 50–60 Hz outlet and a plumbable 1/4" cold water line cold water line near the brewer. It lives on your countertop or in a BrewBird cabinet with a built-in compost bin. Not sure what you have? Book a free white-glove site consult during the order.
What coffee do we get?+
BrewBird Signature — six rotating roasts from the Bay's best roasters, including Equator, Ritual, Verve, Sightglass, Andytown, and Cat & Cloud. Upgrade to single-origin Reserve pods or add ultra-premium Geisha packs anytime.
What does it cost?+
Plans are priced per machine per month with service always included. You'll see live pricing for your office in the order flow, and today you only pay a deposit — sales tax is calculated from your address at checkout.
What if it doesn't work out?+
You can opt out within 60 days of install — we'll collect the brewer (a $600 install/collection fee applies). After the trial, plans run on a 12-month term.
