Privacy Policy

Effective July 19, 2026 · BrewBird, 930 El Camino Real, San Carlos, CA 94070

This policy covers order.brewbird.com, BrewBird's self-service ordering site for office coffee programs. It describes what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. The contractual terms for BrewBird's services are presented during checkout and linked from your order confirmation.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you build an order, join the waitlist, or ask to talk to sales, we collect what you enter: name, company, work email, phone, office address, and your order selections. Payment details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor — card numbers never touch our servers.

Information collected automatically. We use first-party cookies to run the site and understand how it's used: a visitor identifier, a session identifier, the pages you view, the campaign that brought you here (UTM parameters and ad click IDs), your IP address, and your browser/device type. In-progress orders are saved automatically once you enter your email, so you can pick up where you left off.

How we use it

Advertising and analytics

If you arrive from our ads, we may load tags from ad platforms — Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and X — that set their own cookies to measure whether campaigns work and to build advertising audiences. Under California law this sharing can count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time below, and we automatically honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out. Opting out never affects your ability to order.

Advertising cookies are currently enabled on this device.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information for money, and we don't share it with data brokers.

Your California privacy rights

California residents can ask us to disclose, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about them, and to opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising (the control above). Email sales@brewbird.com with the subject "Privacy request" — we'll verify and respond within the statutory window, and we never discriminate for exercising these rights.

Retention and security

Order records are retained as business records for as long as we're required to keep them (contracts, tax). Analytics identifiers expire on their own: the visitor cookie after ~13 months, campaign attribution after 30–180 days. Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted, and payment credentials live only at Stripe.

Changes and contact

We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date above. Questions: sales@brewbird.com or write to BrewBird, 930 El Camino Real, San Carlos, CA 94070.
